Products and condition
Juniper Belle Boutique offers curated new and gently loved clothing, handbags, jewelry, accessories and gifts. Resale items may show signs of prior use. Please review each product’s description, photographs, size, measurements where provided, and disclosed condition before purchasing.
Sizing varies between brands, and colors may appear differently on different screens. Please contact us before purchasing if you need additional information.
All sales final
Due to the nature of our boutique and resale business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds or offer exchanges for change of mind, fit, sizing, color preference or wear disclosed before purchase. This policy applies to new and resale merchandise purchased online or in store.
This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law. If you receive an incorrect item, an item damaged in transit, or an item materially different from its description, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can review and resolve the issue.
Orders and payment
Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information and use an authorized payment method. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled item, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges as required.
If a listing contains a material pricing or description error, we will contact you before proceeding with an affected order. You may decline the corrected order and receive a refund.
Shipping and local pickup
Shipping and local pickup are available as indicated at checkout. Shipping charges and any stated delivery estimates are provided before purchase. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. Please contact us promptly regarding an address error, missing shipment or delivery problem. We will review the issue and assist with an appropriate resolution.
For local pickup, please wait for notification that your order is ready before visiting the store.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund options required by law.
